- Communicate with you (Abandoned Basket Email): Where you have ticked the relevant opt-in box on our order page, we use your contact information to send you a reminder email to invite you to complete your order if you haven’t finished it. Lawful Basis: Consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email.
- Sharing for Order Assistance (Provider Call): Where you have ticked the relevant opt-in box to be contacted by the broadband provider, we share your contact details and package selection with your chosen ISP so they can contact you by telephone to help you complete your order. Lawful Basis: Consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the ISP directly or contacting us to remove your details from the lead generation list.
- Improve Our Services: We may use your information to improve our services, such as by analysing usage patterns and identifying areas for improvement. Our lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interest, as we have a legitimate interest in continually enhancing our service offerings.
- Comply with Legal Obligations: We may use your information to comply with legal obligations, such as tax laws and regulatory requirements. Our lawful basis for this processing is compliance with a legal obligation.

- Portal-Based Fulfilment: We make your information securely available in a protected portal, from which your chosen ISP retrieves it directly to generate your broadband order. In both cases, this processing is necessary for the performance of your contract.
- For Order Assistance (Lead Gen): If you have provided your specific consent for the provider to contact you (via the tick box on the order page), we share your contact details with your chosen ISP so they can contact you to help you finalize the sale.
- For Order Fulfilment: Depending on the fulfilment method used for your chosen provider, your information is shared in one of two ways:
- Price Comparison Websites: We share performance based reporting data with the originating Price Comparison website such as, broadband.co.uk or Moneysupermarket.com in order to track commission.
We will only share your personal information with third parties who comply with strict data protection requirements.

We do not use automated decision-making processes that have a significant impact on you.

Upon collection by the ISP, your data is purged from our systems. If your information has not been retrieved within 7 days, it will be securely deleted. You will receive an email notification confirming when your details have been passed to the provider for fulfilment.
